Last night I had the privilege of taking some bridal photos of a STUNNING bride!  We had a ton of fun and the location was perfect.  And I think I have at least 60 bug bites on my legs.  I’m not joking.  Bugs like me.  But, it was worth it.  Where are these alleged bridal photos, you ask?  Well, I can’t show them YET . . . but come August, I’ll be able to post them for your viewing pleasure.

In the meantime, I CAN show you some fabulous photos from my trip to Houston today!!  Yes, Houston!  Last fall a client had a friend who lives in Houston come visit her here in Austin.  A few months ago she emailed and asked if I would come to Houston to photograph her daughter’s one year photos along with several other families.  Of course I couldn’t turn that down!!  These families were amazing.  They trudged through the 90 degree heat, bought me hydrocortisone for the previously-mentioned very itchy bug bites, and brought me cold water.  See?  Amazing.

Now, on to the good stuff.  This first little guy was just 11 days old!  I have forgotten how small they are at this age.  This baby was a dream.

Second, I met up with the family who invited me to Houston for their family pics and their daughter’s one year photos.

Next was a little boy with the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen!!  Poor guy wasn’t feeling well but was such a trooper.

It was so cute to see him knocking on this big door!

And finally, this last family had two boys with tons of energy!  Check out this family photo – aren’t they perfect?!  They look like they should be the photo that comes in your frame when you buy it. 🙂
